Jennifer McBennett

Jennifer has the role of Service Delivery Manager in Nostra, having been with the company since 2010.

Jennifer’s role as Service Delivery Manager is all encompassing, and she holds overall responsibility for the Nostra Help Desk. Jennifer is responsible for the timely and efficient management of the Nostra Service department, which incorporates a number of disparate engineering teams across Support, Managed Service and Installation.

Jennifer and her team have oversight on all scheduling of enterprise level projects, as well as the day to day planning of the technical resources calendars. It is a direct result of Jennifer’s keen eye for detail and her ability to effectively and efficiently prioritise that the Nostra Service department maintains optimal performance levels when responding to priority calls and support issues, and that we successfully adhere to our industry leading SLA.

Jennifer has developed robust relationships with key decision makers from many of our largest clients, as well as our partners in the technology sector. This ability to build understanding and rapport with all parties has proved integral to how Nostra evaluates and continuously improves on Service Levels.

Jennifer is currently undertaking a Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management through the National College of Ireland, and as a result is directly involved with the HR function in Nostra.
