Mattias Thorsson

Mattias is the Nostra team lead with overall responsibility for our Managed Service clients. Mattias was one of the first technical resources to join Nostra in mid-2007. Prior to this Mattias spent an extended period working as an Apple technician in Cork. During his time with Apple Mattias garnered huge experience and technical proficiency in all things Mac, and in the years since has honed his technical skills to include diverse areas of technology such as advanced Security, as well as key Nostra disciplines across Cloud, Infrastructure and Networking.

In his role as Team lead, Mattias acts as an adviser to the other members of the Managed Service team, providing them with a key point of escalation, as well as a demeanour which instils nothing short of utmost confidence in the most trying of circumstances.

As Managed Service Team Lead Mattias is expected to wear many hats in order to cater to the demands of a diverse and complex set of clients, many of whom operate at a multinational level. Mattias plays an integral part in the successful delivery of our highest level of service to our most prestigious clients. This incredible level of support means that Mattias rarely works a 9 to 5, and many clients consider him their main port of call in any case of emergency. His direction has enabled Nostra to establish our industry leading support levels, and he is an invaluable member of the senior Nostra team.
Mattias possesses a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology, Stockholm.
