Human Resource Administrator

Description

We have an excellent opportunity for a HR Administrator to join our business. Reporting to the HR Manager, the HR Administrator will be a key member of our team implementing our HR strategy.

The ideal candidate will be passionate about HR with an ambition to work in a high-performing culture with a focus on recruiting, on-boarding and enhancing each team member experience.

 

Core Responsibilities

  • Recruitment – including advertising, candidate screening, interview organisation etc
  • Creation and maintenance of employee files including preparation of contracts of employment and follow up of same
  • General HR administration including filing, reference checks, letters etc.
  • Coordination of internal training
  • Support the HR Manager in participating and delivering HR improvement projects.
  • Assistance with On-boarding/Off-boarding 

 

Requirements

  • Third level HR/ Business qualification essential
  • Recruitment (full cycle experience) preferable
  • Excellent IT skills MS Office
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
