Service Administrator

Our clients are predominantly business owners who are focused on ensuring their day to day operations perform as they should, I.T, networks, systems and cybersecurity are generally not something they have time to consider and that is where we step in. We manage all of the I.T. requirements so that people don’t have to worry about whether their data and systems are protected.   Nostra is exponentially growing and we are expanding our service team with the below entry level role! 

The Role:  Service Administrator

Location: 20d Beckett Way, Park West Business Campus, Dublin 12

Responsibilities

· Providing Service Desk support to our clients via a ticketing system and phoneline service.

· Administration & support on planning and scheduling engineering visits to client sites

· Assist on compliance requirements for ISO standards

· Report on Customers Service Delivery

· Customer Service Management

Requirements

· Customer Service experience desirable

· Passionate about helping customers find a resolution to their problems

· Ability to work well under pressure, multi task and prioritize responsibilities

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
