1. Product Descriptions and Specifications

All product descriptions and specifications provided are accurate to the best of our knowledge. Nostra do not guarantee their completeness or accuracy. 

2. Pricing, Taxes and Availability

All prices are subject to change without notice. Prices quoted are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which will be added to the invoice as required by law. We reserve the right to correct any errors or inaccuracies in pricing or product descriptions at any time before accepting an order. If an item is out of stock, we notify you as soon as possible and provide a refund or a replacement option if available.

3. Payment and Billing

Charges shall be paid by the Customer within thirty days of receipt of invoices. 

All hardware is billable at point of order. Point of order is issuing of a PO by customer to Nostra. 

In certain instances, a deposit for hardware ordered is required. 

We reserve the right to refuse any order placed with us for any reason, including concerns about fraud or payment issues.

4. Order Acceptance and Shipping

We confirm your order by email after receiving it. Your order is accepted when we send the confirmation email. We ship your order within the time frame specified but we do not guarantee delivery dates. We are not responsible for any delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns and Exchanges

We offer a 7-day return policy for most items purchased from us. 

Any items for return must be unopened and in a pristine and resalable condition, All seals must be intact, and all packaging must be pristine and unmarked, Returns are subject to a restocking fee of 20%. The product should be securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.

You are responsible for shipping costs for returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival. We process your refund within a reasonable time after receiving the returned item. 

Certain products may be excluded from the standard return policy, such as software licenses, customised hardware or special orders that are not regularly stocked items. 

6. Title and Risk

Risk in Hardware shall pass to the Customer on delivery.

Title to Hardware shall not pass to the Customer until Nostra receives payment in full (in cash or cleared funds) for the Hardware and all other sums that are due to Nostra from the Customer on any account, in which case title to Hardware shall pass at the time of payment of all such sums.

At any time before title to the Hardware passes to the Customer, Nostra may require the Customer to deliver up all the Hardware in its possession, and if the Customer fails to do so promptly, enter any premises of the Customer or of any third party where the relevant Hardware are stored in order to recover them.

7. Warranty and Technical Support

All hardware and peripherals are sold with the manufacturer’s standard warranty, unless otherwise specified. We provide technical support for our products as reasonably necessary, but we do not guarantee that we can resolve all technical issues or that our products will function flawlessly in all situations. We recommend that you review the manufacturer’s documentation and warranty before using the product.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the seller be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the sale of the hardware and peripherals, including but not limited to lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other sales channels.  Your continued use of our products or services after any changes indicates your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these terms and conditions regularly for updates.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: 

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland and the parties hereto submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish Courts for the resolution of disputes arising in respect of or in connection with this Agreement.

11. Entire Agreement

This agreement constitutes the entire understanding between the parties with respect to the sale of the hardware and peripherals and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
